These terms apply to use of 8bitgamebox.com and purchases made directly from 8BIT GameBox.

Store Identity and Eligibility

8BIT GameBox is an independent online retailer, not a marketplace. You must be legally able to make a purchase in your jurisdiction and provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Products, Configurations, and Availability

The selected product configuration, included accessories, condition, price, and availability shown on the product page and in the cart form the basis of the order. We may correct genuine display errors or cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled.

Prices, Currency, Taxes, and Duties

Prices and checkout totals are charged in U.S. dollars. Available shipping charges and taxes are shown before the order is submitted. Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless expressly included at checkout or confirmed by us in writing.

Orders and Payment

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. We may hold, cancel, or refund an order for failed payment, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory problems, or an undeliverable address. We do not add undisclosed subscription or membership charges.

Legal Use of Hardware and Software

The customer is responsible for having the legal right to use software, BIOS files, backups, media, and other files added to or used with the hardware. Third-party trademarks and platform names belong to their respective owners and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
