Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

Payment methods currently available to a customer are displayed at checkout. Depending on device, browser, location, and provider eligibility, these may include major credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. A method is not guaranteed to appear on every device.

Currency and Total Cost

All prices and checkout totals are charged in U.S. dollars. The cart and checkout show the product total, discounts, available shipping cost, and any taxes collected by us before the order is submitted. Your bank may charge currency-conversion or international transaction fees.

Payment Processing and Security

Card and wallet payments are processed by established third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal when available. 8BIT GameBox does not store complete payment card numbers on its server. Checkout uses HTTPS encryption.

Authorization, Fraud Review, and Refunds

By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method. A payment may be declined, held for review, canceled, or refunded if it cannot be verified. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; posting time is controlled by the bank or payment provider.

For payment questions, email support@8bitgamebox.com and include the order number. Do not email full card numbers or security codes.
